If you want to return the vehicle to a different office than the one it was collected from you need to choose the ‘one way’ option when making your booking. To do this you need to unclick the ‘Return the van to the same location’ box and select where you’d like to return the van. Our search engine will automatically inform you if the route you have chosen is possible. The rental company normally charges a ‘one-way’ fee for returning the van to a different office. If this is the case, it is explained in the conditions before booking and again on the rental voucher.

You will find all the fuel policy information in Genoa in the terms and conditions of each offer and in your voucher. With the full/full option you will collect the van with a full tank and you will have to return it full. Therefore, you will only pay for the fuel you use.

The main driver needs these four documents to be able to collect the van (all must be original documents and in the drivers' name): a credit card with embossed numbers and sufficient credit to cover the deposit amount and any extras, passport or ID card, full driving license and the rental voucher.
