If you want to return the vehicle to a different office than the one it was collected from you need to choose the ‘one way’ option when making your booking. To do this you need to unclick the ‘Return the motorbike to the same location’ box and select where you’d like to return the motorbike. Our search engine will automatically inform you if the route you have chosen is possible. The rental company normally charges a ‘one-way’ fee for returning the motorbike to a different office. If this is the case, it is explained in the conditions before booking and again on the rental voucher.

Full/Full: You will be given the motorbike with a full tank of fuel which you will pay for on collection. You need to return the motorbike with a full tank and the money you paid for the tank on collection will be refunded. Full/Empty (Refund): You will be given the motorbike with a full tank of fuel which you will pay for on collection. At the end of the rental when you return the motorbike you will be refunded for the fuel remaining in the tank, minus the refueling supplement. The cost of the full tank and the fuel supplement can vary, depending on the motorbike rental company. The cost of the full tank can vary and the exact amount charged for fuel will depend on the motorbike type and model. The exact fuel prices can also depend on the motorbike rental company. You can find all the information you need regarding the specific fuel policy for your booking on your rental voucher. Under no circumstances is the fuel included in the rental price.

Each motorbike rental company has its own age requirements, but most will rent to people aged between 21 and 69, although it can vary depending on the rental company. If you're under 26, you are likely to have to pay a young driver fee.

Details of any additional drivers must be provided at the local office when you pick up your rental motorbike.

You can find all the information about what is included and the options for taking out additional insurance in the conditions of each offer and on your rental voucher.

We are never able to confirm the make, model or colour of the motorbike you will receive. Your booking isn’t associated with a specific vehicle (make or model, colour, equipment, etc.) but is for a group of vehicles with similar characteristics. In the event that the requested group is not available you will be given a vehicle from a higher group at no extra cost.

In most cases the main driver needs a credit card in order to rent a car. Sometimes it is also possible to pay with a debit card. In this case you should contact us and we will try to find a solution.

The main driver needs these four documents to be able to collect the motorbike (all must be original documents and in the drivers' name): a credit card with embossed numbers and sufficient credit to cover the deposit amount and any extras, passport or ID card, full driving license and the rental voucher.
